Delivery Across New Zealand

We offer nationwide delivery, reaching homes across both the North and South Island.

Estimated delivery timeframes (business days):

  • North Island: 5–10 working days
  • South Island: 10–15 working days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 working days

Timeframes begin once your order has been prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.

  

A Considered Approach to Shipping 

Furniture varies in size, weight, and handling requirements. For this reason, shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions and specifications of each item.

You’ll see your final delivery cost clearly at checkout, ensuring a transparent and straightforward process.

 

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery through each stage.

Our logistics network is designed to deliver efficiently—while ensuring your furniture arrives in excellent condition.

  

Delivery Details

  • Standard delivery is to ground floor or those with kerbside access.
  • We recommend inspecting your items at the time of delivery. Please do not accept the delivery if the furniture item is damaged.
